whats that under your seat?

The London Tube has drawn up plans to put blocks of ice under the seats of trains in an effort to keep passengers cool during summer.

God forbid if this idea is imported to Delhi. We will just break off the ice and eat it.

The difference is that in Delhi you can on the Metro to chill, while in London it's the hottest place in the city.
