Finally a bakery joint has opened up at East Patel Nagar Market–Breads & More. Delighted, I have become a regular, picking up different loaves (whole wheat and all that crap!). I thought the thing would not last, what with Punjabi aunties turning away from health food and all.
But these guys had it all figured out – they rolled out their cakes and pastries to attract the Punjabis. Last evening the place was full of people stuffing themselves. If you are anywhere near Patel Nagar check out the breads. Get off at the Patel Nagar station. It’s a short walk or take a rickshaw.
